Browser Tamer works as a browser proxy that catches URLs and then, using simple rules chooses an appropriate browser or browser profile. Browser Tamer helps to redirect clicked links to the correct web browser of your choosing. The setup is pretty straightforward. Once launched, press the Install button - which will instruct Windows that Browser Tamer is a browser application. Of course, it’s a fake browser, but it registers as a browser. When you open a link, and Browser Tamer is your default browser app, it decides which real browser should open it. That scenario tells Browser Tamer which browser is designed to open which links.
