"Taiyoukei" is software written in embedded Visual Basic 3.0 which provides abundant data about the Solar System, such as ephemerides, simulations and photo galleries in the form of add-ons. Some of the add-ons available include: Galilean Maps Large scale maps of Io, Europe, Ganymede and Callisto. Download, unzip and copy the folder "galileanmaps" underneath the Taiyoukei directory. Mars Explorer Clickable maps of Mars with good detail. Download, unzip and copy the folder "marsexplorer" underneath the Taiyoukei directory. Constellation Charts These are 88 star charts, each 500 x 500 pixels, courtesy of Heavens-Above.com. Download "cnsmap.zip", unzip and copy the folder "cnsmap" underneath the Taiyoukei application directory. Abell Catalog Data and images of 16 interesting nebulae from the Abell Catalog. Download "abell.zip", unzip and copy the folder "abell" underneath the Taiyoukei application directory. NGC and Messier Catalogs Data and images of over 300 interesting NGC and Messier objects. The deepsky catalog contains all Messier objects which are separately listed alphanumerically in the Messier catalog. Both catalogs share the same images. Download "deepsky.zip", unzip and copy the folder "deepsky" underneath the Taiyoukei application directory. Country Flag Graphics Country flag images for the City List in [Settings] (optional). Download "flags.zip", unzip and copy the folder "flags" underneath the Taiyoukei application directory. Binary Stars Plots position angle, separation, ephemerides and more for over 300 binaries from the WDS. Download "binary.zip", unzip and copy the folder "binary" underneath the Taiyoukei application directory.
