The Desktop Lectionary shows you the first few lines of the weekТ‘s current scripture readings selected from the lectionary in a small box thatТ‘s always there on your desktop, stimulating you to meditate on the readings, and to click the link to bring you to the full readings on the Lectionary Page. If you have a permanent internet connection, the lectionary readings will update automatically; otherwise a mouseclick in the upper-left hand corner will get you the weekТ‘s new lectionary readings after youТ‘ve logged in to the internet.
