tyBit™ (patent pending) is a powerful search technology developed to enhance the end-user search experience. tyBit™ allows users to search the web quickly and thoroughly by instantly submitting search queries to multiple search engines, directories and indexes, displaying all of the results in a single concise window. It is a free client-side search application that can be downloaded and installed to the user’s pc desktop in seconds. In addition, tyBit™ can also be downloaded to a mobile device, and with the use of GPS and IP based technology, can be used to deliver--with the same relevancy--local results no matter where the end user is.The end-user experience is heightened because tyBit™ was designed to deliver results with four degrees of relevancy: location, source, behavior, and time. Location: The fact that the application is client-side makes this degree of relevancy possible. The application sorts the results to first present information from local locations. The IP address of the user helps to identify location with the help of GPS Technology. Source: tyBit™ searches multiple search engines and online indices simultaneously and quickly to provide the most comprehensive search from a single interface. Behavior: This degree of relevancy is also made possible by the fact that the application is client-side. Over time, tyBit™ adapts to its owner’s preferences and modifies the content it displays based on behavior patterns established from previous searches. The end result is a more accurate vertical search. The application is private, customizable, can port to a mobile device, and can convert to a foreign language. Time: As tyBit™ queries the multiple search engines and directories, it sorts the results to display the most recently published content first. With the tyBit™ value proposition, everyone benefits. Users get fast, relevant and thorough results while maintaining privacy. Advertisers get targeted ads to a more relevant audience. Subscriber access providers, ISPs, and carriers have the opportunity to monetize their subscriber bases and build in additional barriers to switching through tyBit™ customization and add-on services. The tyBit™ paradigm protects both buyers and sellers and is the next search paradigm for the online global community.
