The Cyber Tender system is an accurate costing and project management system to determine what the cost will be, for example, to build a house on a tight budget. Costing takes into account cost of materials, labour and everything else required to deliver the completed product. The system has it's own stock control system with auto calc. facility. Delivers final tender or bill of quantity documents ready for submissions.
