Fixes: - Fixed the problem that if a port is configured to be in multiple VLAN, it might cause the SNMP client to eventually lock up and not respond to the SNMP manager. The problem may have also blocked management access from telnet. - Changed the EAP session blackout time from 45 seconds to 15 seconds for IEEE 802.1x when a user fails the access authentication.
