Notes: 1.Incorrect upgrade will cause damage to your device. 2.Please upgrade your device by cable connections. 3.Do not power your device off while upgrading. 4.Only when your current version is V2.4.XX, you can upgrade to this software. 5.A TFTP is necessary when upgrading. 6.Before upgrading, please record the VPI/VCI value, the correct DSL link type and your access account and password in case of you forget. 7.Please unzip the file you downloaded and use the file ended with "bin" or "trx" to upgrade your device. 8.After upgrading, please restore it to factory defaults and configure the device again.
