Fixes: - Added new feature mask bits - Bug fix PAN - Introduction of an Extended Data Mode start event to inform the host of a module start or re-start. The event is disabled by default and enabled by the feature bit 0x400 (AT AMWFM=1,0x400,1) - Updated timing of the change baud rate command (AT AMRS) without module restart. Now, it is more efficient and does not wait unnecessarily long after the command is executed and baud rate actually updated.
